Services and estimates
Prices and estimates shared by phone, email or on this site are based on the information provided at the time. Final pricing may change once we inspect the property and confirm the scope of work. We will review any change with you before proceeding.
Scheduling and cancellations
Appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed by phone, email or text. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule so we can offer the time slot to another customer. Access to the work area must be available at the scheduled time.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice.

Workmanship and limitations
We stand behind our work and will address workmanship concerns raised promptly after service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or conditions that could not reasonably be identified before or during the work. Results of cleaning, remediation and air quality work depend on conditions in the property that are outside our control.
